Warehouses have assets for data centers: large volumes, serviced land, road access, business parks. With more inference and mid-size sites near cities, conversion is a serious option. But a warehouse is not a data center.

WHAT DECIDES

Feasibility in six questions Power: which substation, what capacity, by when
Structure: slab loading, clear height, roof
Space for equipment: transformers, generators, outdoor cooling
Planning: permitted use, height, footprint, parking
ICPE and neighbours: noise, generators, distance to homes
Fibre: routes, carriers, latency

We run a short feasibility study that tells whether conversion is realistic, for what capacity, by when and with what works. See agentic AI and mid-size data centers and planning and permits.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can a warehouse become a data center in France?

Often, if power is available, the slab and height are suitable and planning allows it. A feasibility study checks this before design.
