HOW AN ENGAGEMENT RUNS
Through the website form or by email. Frédéric Arnaud reads every request and replies personally.
About thirty minutes, with the relevant expert when useful. We understand the project, what is blocking it and the decision ahead. If we are not the right people, we say so.
We sign your non-disclosure agreement, or offer ours, before any documents are exchanged. The experts involved are bound by the same commitment.
Scope, experts involved, deliverables, timeline and a fixed fee. A deposit is paid on order, the balance on delivery.
A single point of contact, Frédéric Arnaud, coordinates the experts named in the proposal. Progress reviews are scheduled, and you always know who is doing what.
A written report or note, with clear conclusions and the points that remain open, followed by a debrief. What we do not know is written as such.
OUR RULES
No commission on land, equipment or contractors. We are paid by the client, for the engagement, and by no one else.
We do not run due diligence or advise a local authority on a project where one of our experts works for the developer or the contractor.
You know who is involved. Their profiles are public, and no expert joins an engagement without your agreement.
We name no client without consent. The situations shown on the site are typical cases, based on real, anonymised requests.
FORMATS
A one-off review or note (a connection offer, a site, a study), support on one stage of the project (a PTF request with RTE, commissioning), due diligence for a lender or investor, or a long-term expert assignment. The format is chosen on the framing call, based on the decision you need to make.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do we need to prepare anything before the framing call?
No. A few lines on the project are enough: power, location, target date and the question you face. Documents come after the confidentiality agreement.
How is the fee set?
As a fixed fee, in the written proposal, based on scope, the experts involved and the deliverables. It does not change during the engagement without your written agreement.
Do you work outside France?
Yes, case by case, in English, with experts who travel. France remains our deepest practice.
