Typical situation no. 71
A developer accepted an RTE connection offer for 80 MW in 2024. The project is late: the permit has not been filed and an investor is in talks. Since June 2026, RTE applies its queue maintenance rules to older offers too. The investor would also like to change the power and the substation location.
WHAT IS BLOCKING
- The developer is no longer sure which deadlines apply to the file.
- The maintenance lump sum has already been used once, and can only be used twice.
- The investor's changes could require a new offer and a new rank.
WHAT WE DO
- Map of every deadline in the file: anniversary, documents, payments, connection agreement.
- Preparation of the milestone schedule and documents to send to RTE.
- Analysis of each planned change: what keeps the rank, what loses it.
- Written note for the investor, with the lawyer for transfer questions.
WHAT YOU GET
- An up-to-date file and a place kept.
- Changes chosen knowing their effect on rank.
- A clear file for the investor.
Typical format: File review, two to three weeks. Every assignment is scoped in writing before it starts.
