Founder and coordinator of the GridReadiness network
BACKGROUND
A graduate of NEOMA Business School, Frédéric Arnaud started in financial audit at PwC, then in industrial performance consulting at Celerant Consulting (Hitachi Consulting) for large European groups. He then spent fifteen years in general management: founder and CEO of a regulated services company that he grew into a structured organisation, and managing director of an industrial SME for six years.
HIS ROLE AT GRIDREADINESS
He founded GridReadiness and coordinates its network. He is the clients' single point of contact: he sets out each assignment in writing, brings in the right experts and holds the schedule. He also leads the Readiness Manager service, independent coordination of a project around the date the grid can actually power it.
WHAT HE BRINGS
An industrial and financial reading of data center projects: a grid connection, high-voltage equipment and permits are risks on a schedule and a financing plan.
Audit discipline: every claim in a project file should be backed by a document.
A managing director's view: written conclusions that a board, an investment committee or a local official can act on.
He publishes a monthly French grid report for data centers and maintains the France opposition tracker.
