Typical situation no. 52
An operator owned by an infrastructure fund runs five sites from acquisitions. The fund wants consistent monthly reporting: availability, incidents, energy, capital spending. Each site calculates its indicators its own way, and some do not measure everything.
WHAT IS BLOCKING
- The same indicator, such as PUE or availability, can be calculated in several ways: the figures are not comparable.
- Meters and monitoring cannot produce the data everywhere.
- National and European reporting obligations also require reliable data.
WHAT WE DO
- Definition of a common set of indicators, with a written calculation method for each.
- Site-by-site check of available data and missing meters.
- Alignment with the service commitments in customer contracts and with regulatory reporting.
- Design of the dashboard template and support through the first months.
WHAT YOU GET
- A set of indicators shared by all sites.
- A first reliable monthly dashboard.
- The list of metering equipment to add.
Typical format: Structuring assignment, six to eight weeks, then monthly follow-up if needed. Every assignment is scoped in writing before it starts.
