For developers, investors, lenders and landowners
You have received an RTE exploratory study, a PTF, a connection agreement or an Enedis offer. Before signing, buying the land or going to committee, we tell you whether the capacity, the date and the cost hold, and what still needs to be asked of the grid operator.
You receive:
- a note of weak points, ranked by severity
- a realistic timeline, with the assumptions it depends on
- the list of questions to put to RTE or Enedis
- a one-page summary for your committee or lender
First conversation confidential and with no commitment. Fixed fees proposed in writing before any assignment. Best-efforts obligation.
The problem. A grid connection offer reads like a technical contract: a solution, assets to build, a conditional timeline, deposits, clauses that let the grid operator revisit capacity. The date on the first page is not a promise. Those who discover these conditions after signing for land or closing financing discover them too late.
WHEN TO CALL US
You must accept or discuss it, and you want to know what you are signing.
The energisation date drives the business plan: is it realistic, and what happens if it slips?
The seller highlights a PTF or connection agreement. A PTF can only be transferred within the same group: what are you really buying?
Energisation in 2031 or 2032, heavy works, large deposits: is there another solution to request?
WHAT WE CHECK
The timeline: which works, permits and long-lead equipment the announced date depends on, and what could make it slip
Capacity and phasing: consistency with the real project, cooling and losses included, and ramp-up
Costs and payment schedule: connection contribution, deposits, what is firm and what is estimated
Conditions: validity and acceptance periods, lapse, transfer, and possible reduction of reserved capacity for agreements signed since 1 August 2025
Alternatives: another connection point, phasing, an interim solution, to request before committing

Depending on the file, an expert from our network completes the review: planning and permits, high-voltage equipment, or financial analysis for a lender.
Indicative duration: two to four weeks, depending on the number of documents and whether it is useful to talk to the grid operator, which we only do with your agreement.
HOW IT WORKS
WHAT WE COMMIT TO
Review of connection documents and the announced energisation date for a European data center developer, ahead of its investment decision. Audit of high-voltage equipment sourcing for a petrochemical group.
We do not design, build or sell equipment. No commission, no brokerage. Never on both sides of the same project.
Confidentiality agreement before any document. Professional liability insurance. Best-efforts obligation: only RTE and Enedis commit to capacity and a date.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are you independent of RTE, Enedis and engineering firms?
Yes. We do not design, build or sell equipment, and we take no commission. Our only client is the one who appoints us.
How much does a review cost?
Fees are fixed and proposed in writing after a first conversation, once we know how many documents are involved and whether the grid operator needs to be contacted.
Our documents are confidential. How do you work?
A confidentiality agreement is signed before anything is sent. The experts involved are themselves bound by confidentiality.
Can you guarantee the connection date?
No. Only RTE and Enedis commit to capacity and a date. Our commitment is a best-efforts obligation: telling you, with evidence, what holds and what is fragile.
